Sport Cities International LLC (SCI) is a subsidiary of Bukhatir Group one of the largest conglomerates in the Gulf region with revenues in excess of USD 1 billion. SCI is a real estate development company created to lend strategic support to SCI project companies around the world, with significant experience in master planning, marketing, and selling mixed-use projects.
SCI was created to implement a global sporting concept through collaboration with governments and leading sports partners and brands to convert green fields into sporting lifestyle communities.

SCI is currently implementing its Sports City concept in Tunis, Tunisia and Lahore, Pakistan, while the company is in negotiations for Sports City developments in others countries such as Sri Lanka, South Africa, Morocco, Iran, India, Vietnam, UAE. The total acreage under development and negotiation is in excess of 14,000 acres (6,000 hectares).
